The Fairmont State University Presidential Search Committee has announced the visitation schedule for the final candidates for the presidency of the University.

The Fairmont State University Presidential Search Committee, which is comprised of members of the FSU Board of Governors and Higher Education Policy Commission Chancellor Paul Hill, as ex-officio, has announced the final candidates for the presidency of the University.

West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has appointed two new members to the Fairmont State University Board of Governors. John D. Myers of Cheat Lake and Dixie L. Yann of Fairmont joined the Board of Governors for its Feb. 16 meeting.

During its Aug. 18 meeting, the Fairmont State University Board of Governors and Chairman Ron Tucker welcomed two new members, Frank Washenitz and Scott B. Ullom, both of Fairmont.

During its June 17 meeting, the Fairmont State University Board of Governors elected officers, made committee assignments, announced the schedule for upcoming meetings and recognized several special guests.
