Payment Plan

Paying for college just got easier!

General Information

• Fairmont State University offers a monthly payment plan for the Fall and Spring semesters through Touchnet.
• The plan allows you to pay equal monthly payments over the semester so you won't have to pay your entire balance off in full at one time.
• For the Fall semester the plan timeframe is 6 installments from July to December.
• For the Spring semester the plan timeframe is 6 installments from January to June.

How Do I Sign Up?

Enrolling in the payment plan is fast and easy!

1. Log into your myFairmontState Account
2. Under Quick Links Select Touchnet PROD
3. Click Payment Plans, and complete the application by filling out all the necessary fields

Need to Know Information

Automatic payment deduction on the 10th of each month is required to be on the Payment Plans. You will need to enter a valid credit card number or checking/savings information so that your payment will be made each month on the 10th. 

• Late Fees -  You could incur late fees from Fairmont State University if the payment is not made on the 10th of each month
• Changes in Bill - Your monthly amounts may increase or decrease depending on your account activity. For example, if you receive financial aid, private scholarships, charge books or add/drop classes.

Deadlines for Sign-Up

• Fall Semester = September 1st 
  • The two missed payments from July and August will be required to be paid at the time of sign-up if after August 10th
• Spring Semester = February 1st 
  • The missed payment from January will be required to be paid at the time of sign-up if after January 10th
